When Claus Olaf Welding founded the company Welding in 1955 he certainly did not imagine that his name would in time have such a splendid resonance in the pharmaceutical industry. Welding grew together with its partners, clients and suppliers - based on mutual trust and being aware of permanent change; as yesterday’s market requirements are already outdated today.
