We maintain our excellent relationship with our customers through face-to-face contact, visits and participation in trade fairs and congresses, not only in Europe, but worldwide. This means that our licence managers are able to be on site, provide ongoing information on the status of current and future projects, design and negotiate all relevant terms and conditions and take on board feedback from our customers.

As an important link between WELDING and our customers, they pool their knowledge and ensure that, if necessary and feasible, individual requirements are taken into account in the development. This enables us to offer our clients a consistently attractive portfolio. Our licence managers also coordinate and organise all the steps up to the successful out-licensing or in-licensing of our products together with the customers.
