AMINO ACIDS & VITAMINS FROM CHINA – DEMAND / SUPPLY SITUATION

Summary:

China is the largest producer of amino acids, accounting for 68% of the production of the first five essential amino acids. China also dominates in vitamin production, with 40% of vitamin A and 58% of vitamin E being produced there. Additionally, China produces a significant amount of compound feed, with 284 million tons being produced by 6,400 feed mixers, 3,500 concentrate, and 560 premix factories.
